Measuring and Researching St. Petri Church by Sigurd Lewerentz

This web leg will hopefully consist of postings documenting our research of St. Petri Church by Swedish architect Sigurd Lewerentz. We are a group of six graduate students from the University of Texas School of Architecture under the guidance of Professor Wilfried Wang.

St. Petri is located in Klippan, Sweden in the southwest of the country and was completed in 1966. We are primarily going to be measuring the built dimensions of the church, outside and in, as well and documenting some of the finer details of the building.

I'm so jealous and proud of each of you. What an invaluable experience each of you will take away from this. Use it to benefit mankind in some small way in the future.
